Privacy policy

Principle

This site sets no cookies, uses no audience-measurement or advertising tracking tool and loads no resource from a third-party site (fonts, scripts, maps, social networks). Only the data you choose to send through the contact form is processed, together with the host’s technical logs described below.

Data controller

The data controller is the publisher of the site, Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri, acting through her team. For any question about your data, write to her through the contact form, stating “personal data” in your message.

Data collected

Through the contact form:

• name and email address (required);
• phone number and city (optional);
• subject of the request and content of the message;
• language of the page used.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to read your message and reply to you. It is not sold, passed on or used for marketing. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.

Recipients and processors

Messages are read by Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri’s team. The site and its form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, United States), which stores the messages sent in the site’s account until they are deleted. Netlify runs messages through the Akismet anti-spam filter (Automattic Inc., United States), which analyses their content to detect unwanted submissions.

Transfers outside Morocco

As these providers are established in the United States, the data entered in the form is transferred to and stored outside Morocco. By ticking the box on the form you expressly accept this transfer. If you would rather not, please do not use the form.

Technical logs

Like any host, Netlify records technical logs when the site is visited (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) for security and proper operation. These logs are not used to measure audience or to track you.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then deleted no later than twelve months after the last exchange, including copies held by the host. The host keeps technical logs for a limited period.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law no. 09‑08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right of access, rectification and objection, and the right to ask for your message to be deleted. Cookies

No cookie is set and no information is stored in your browser, so no consent banner is needed.
